confession time...

This weekend (and today) has been shocking eating wise. Hubby has noticed how tired I have been - so he brought takeaway home all weekend!!
I also have been eating whatever since Friday. I think it is due to being out of sorts because my routine has been totally different. And also a little bit naughty because I already know I won't be able to make it to weigh in on thursday!
I checked the scales before and I am 3 kilo's up - so I have alot to do in the way of damage control:)
So starting in the morning - back on track!!!!
I have been doing good in the last few weeks, and I am really pissed at myself for wrecking it!

Thats really nice that your husband was so thoughtful, hehe, maybe you'll have to start hinting at a different sort of takeaways so in the future it's not too disastrous? After all, you don't really want to discourage him being so thoughtful! :-)

A little slip is not going to undo your success so far. Pick up the reigns, rework your routine, and before you know it you will be back and picking up more badges :)

Hope you have a great day tomorrow

My partner has opted for the not so healthy choices too lately and I was happy to go along. I totally understand about being out of sorts when your routine changes! I am going through the same thing and it's really challenging but acknowledging it is a great start so we can back back on that horse. I hope you have a great week :-)

Having a spouse that likes to "spoil you" by bringing home stress food is hard, my wife does this to me all the time. I don't have the heart to tell her she's undermining my diet, she means well. I have to agree with what a couple said, an occasional day (or even a couple) where you slip on the diet can be made up by a few "good days". I know I had to cut back today because I ate a pile of cake and other junk this weekend. It will take a couple days but I know I will get back down to where I was on Friday. So hoist the sails and try to get back in the wind again, don't beat yourself about! I've lost 25kg so far, 7 more to go (the hardest)!

it's so hard when you're tired and you're presented with easy "bad" options. You've been doing brilliantly - even though I totally understand why you're so annoyed, it's just one small setback in this lifelong journey. You can do it! :)

Sorry you aren't feeling your usual self. Don't worry about the weekend. Today is a new day. Try not to look back, just start afresh and you will be OK.

good for you getting back on track life has corners and sometimes we go around the wrong one but we can usually find another that will lead us in the right direction. Go Girl
