Thank you

I just want to thank everyone for their kind words :)

I had a quiet weekend, and got back on track with my eating.
I got on the scales this morning and I am about the same as last week - so I didn't do to much damage on thursday and friday!

Not much else to report, I am still on track- and intend to stay that way!

Hope everyone else is doing well :)

Glad you didn't do too much damage! Glad you like the sound of my Beef Hot Pot. I was worried about recipes at first, but now I just adapt any casserole recipe, making sure I use really lean meat and lots of vegies. Still haven't been game enough to roast yet. Have you?

I have not yet tried the slow cooker - so this would be my first attempt, not quite sure how to roast :)
